The exhibit hall is located in the Congressional Ballroom on the 3rd floor.

Mandatory Industry Meeting:

Shipping
Packages being shipped to the property must follow the address label standards to prevent package routing delays.

Inbound Shipping: IR IEP event coordinators will send the authorization forms beforehand to get payment in order.
​
Conference shipments should arrive within (5) days prior to the course due to storage.
​
Box deliveries will be assessed a handling fee determined by weight.
​
​​​​​​​​Outbound Shipping: Any boxes to be shipped out of the hotel must be properly packaged and labeled with shipping address, return address,
and method of payment on your departure date. You will be able to package, pre-label your boxes, and leave at your booth as long as the hotel has payment on file.​​

Please review the Inbound and Outbound shipping forms below that include handling fees, instructions, etc. If you would like to ship your package out from the hotel, you must fill out the outbound shipping form.

Attendee List
The attendee list will be shared via email with all registered representatives and company contacts. There will be a paper copy at your exhibition booth.
Booth Number
The Exhibit Hall floor plan and Booth Number will be shared up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
